There seem to be two separate notes. Thank you!

Hi

The notes are connected to the additional wording in column 5, which refers to the legal status of the newborn. The record says 'supposedly legitimate' and the note there adds 'legitimised by the marriage of the parents'.

I don't know or can't make out all the number references in column 12, but the first note says 'according to the marriage register' and I think it's 'volume 1, p. 220, col. 2, lines 22–23 912', or the last bit might be a date: 22/3/1912'.

The second note says 'according to the father's declaration at the time of the register entry', but the rest is too scrawled and small to make out, sorry.
