Nitra, Slovakia, 417 plaques total.

“More than six thousand tortured Jewish martyrs of the city, taken to Hitler's death camps, tortured there, Lublin, Treblinka, Kremnicka and Ráztoka should be carved on this sacred place - these are the places where they are buried, their names are not marked anywhere, they are inscribed in dead stone as an eternally living memory - the names of Nitra and surroundings, who were forcibly murdered, gassed and burned alive in 1942-1945. Oswiecim, Majdanek, unspeakable suffering - their tortured bodies are not the nominal heroes of the greatest tragedy of Jewish history. Honour to their memory!”
