aGuter Beter (info@aguterbeter.com) was the donor of the data. aGuter Beter (https://aguterbeter.com/) is a community-led initiative from St. Petersburg, Russia, dedicated to preserving Jewish burial heritage. We commit ourselves to caring for Jewish cemeteries: maintaining graves, preserving burial records, and reciting prayers on behalf of loved ones and relatives. Our mission also includes fostering a community of volunteers passionate about safeguarding the memory of Jewish ancestors. We are collaborating with the Federation of Jewish Communities of Russia (FEOR) to grow aGuter Beter into a national resource for Jewish cemetery preservation across the country.
