ACKNOWLEDGEMENTSThe information contained in this database was transcribed by the late genealogist Kevin Martin. He was a person who dedicated his life to family history research, and in particular, Sephardic Jewry. Ironically, he was not a fan of databases and instead preferred to find the original sources and transcribe the contents into his own lists and Excel spreadsheets. It was through his friendship with JewishGen volunteer Eric Feinstein that he donated this file to JewishGen. May the memory of Kevin Martin be for a blessing. June 2025
