Passover Bagel

½ C Oil ½ C Water

¼ t Salt ¼ t Sugar

1 C Matzo Meal 4 or 5 Eggs

Bring oil, water, salt and sugar to a boil. Add Matzo Meal all at once, stirring constantly. Leave on low heat for another minute or two until mixture forms a ball, mixing constantly.

Add one egg at a time, beating well after each addition.

Place spread apart on well-oiled cookie sheet (9X14), making 6 bagels. Make a small well in center of each bagel with oiled finger or small round object.

Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes and then at 325 degrees for 30 minutes (do not under bake).

Cool on paper towel or brown paper on cake rack. Change paper once or twice to absorb oil.
