Please translate this 1914 Jewish birth record from Widawa, Poland, act 13, supplied by the State Archive in Łódź (register sygn. 148). Please confirm the child’s exact name: the archive called him “Nil,” but the handwriting appears to read Khil/Chil (Хиль). Please confirm the birth and registration dates, parents’ full names, mother’s maiden surname, ages, occupation, witnesses, and wording concerning twins.
Adjacent act 14, translated on ViewMate 115416, records Izrael Icek, born 16/29 April 1914, to Szmul Lewek Lipszyc and Rajzla née Zyscholc, and describes him as one of twins. Does act 13 identify the other twin? Please transcribe the child’s and parents’ names in the original Russian as well.

Act No. 13. The settlement of Vidava, April 17/30, 1914, at 9 a.m.
The child’s father: Chal Shmul Levek Lipshitz, a merchant, lives in this settlement, 40 years old.
The mother: Raizlya, née Zyskhalets (Z.Y.S.KH.A.L.E.C.), 42 years old. Child: a boy, Khil, was born in this settlement, one of twins (!), on April 16/29, 1914.
When signing the act, the child’s father stated that he was illiterate.

P.S. The letter “Х” and the letter “Н” are somewhat similar in writing. Please note that in act No. 14, one of the witnesses is Hanan Dzialowski. There is definitely a letter “Х” in the name. In document No. 13, the same witness’s letter “H” is elongated and written as the letter “N”.
