12. On the twenty-eighth day of the month of May in the year of eighteen eleven, at the hour of eight in the afternoon, before me, Szymon Dobracki, performing the duties of the Civil Registrar for Lipno Commune in Lipno County in Plock Department, personally appeared the Jew Hersz Joachim Sonabend, forty years of age, residing in Lipno, and he showed us a child of the female sex, who had been born on the twenty-seventh day of May of the current year, at the hour of ten in the afternoon, in his house at one hundred and thirty Gdanska Street, declaring that she had been begotten from him and his wife Genta the daughter of Abram, thirty-five years of age, and that it was his wish to give her the name Tobe. After the above statement was made and the child was presented in the presence of Jakub Lewin Kurtzman, a shammes, thirty-five years of age, residing in Lipno, and Lewin Moyzes Florens, a master tailor, thirty-three years of age, residing in Lipno, the father and witnesses present signed this act after it was read out to them, together with me.
