From Skanoteka.

Akta 5 is my great-grandfather’s second-cousin’s 1881 birth record from Zaręby Kościelne, Łomza, Poland. I would be grateful if someone could translate it in full (or at least everything that isn’t the standard wording of a birth record).

Names that I would expect to see in the text are:
- the child: Chaja Mirka ROZENTAL;
- her father: Icek ROZENTAL, son of Fiszel & Sura Ryfka;
- her mother: Beyla Pesla ZAREMBER, daughter of Juśk & Zelda.

Thanks so much! Hopefully the handwriting isn’t too hard to read.

No. 5. The settlement of Zaremby Kościelne. May 22 / June 3, 1881.
Personally appeared Itsek Rozental, a merchant, aged 20, residing in this settlement, accompanied by witnesses—Yankel Zilberberg, a shoemaker, aged 32, and Shayka Kramarovich, a homeowner, aged 50—who presented to us a female infant, declaring that she was born in the settlement of Zaremby Kościelne on November 3/15, 1880, at 8 o'clock in the morning, to his lawful wife Beyla, née Zarember, aged 19.
During the religious ceremony performed on November 5/17, 1880, the infant was given the names Khaya-Mirka.
The delay in drawing up the record was caused by the prolonged absence of the declarant (the child's father).
The record is signed by the child's father: Itsek Rozental.
