10/2/2026 11:58 AM The text is in Hebrew.
The groom Shmuel (Samuel) is represented by his father Yossef son of Shmuel.
The bride Beyla is represented by her father Moshe (Moses) son of Menakhem.
10/2/2026 12:51 PM The groom is from Pashtats (Pfastatt?), and the bride is from Jungholtz.
The Hebrew contract is dated 14 Sivan 5537 (19 June 1777) in Vitiltsa (Wittelsheim?).
The witnesses are Elyakim Getshel Heitzfeld and Yaakov son of Meir Joseph(?). No other parties are mentioned.
The dowry includes a new house in Pashtats, a silver kiddish cup, tablecloths, and a partnership with the groom's father, among other things.

There is also a contract in German (on the other two pages), which would be useful in confirming the locations.
