Akta 1 is my great-great-grandfather’s first-cousin’s 1857 birth record from Zaręby Kościelne, Łomza, Poland. I would be grateful if someone could translate it in full (or at least everything that isn’t the standard wording of a birth record).

Names that I would expect to see in the text are:
- the child: Cyrla ZARĘBER;
- her father: Juśk, son of Szmul ZARĘBER & Golda Chajmowna;
- her mother: Zelda, daughter of Abraham WAJNTROB & Mirka Idźkowicz.
