JewishGen Learning Center: Course Schedule

JewishGen is delighted to offer online interactive courses in Jewish genealogy, to help you organize your information and begin to trace your ancestral roots.
  • The two week courses are text based and offer self-paced exercises for each topic. Most of these two week courses are available at no charge to Value Added Members of JewishGen
  • Three and four week courses feature a Personal Mentoring program, in addition to the written lessons. Students are encouraged to post one ancestral branch (one surname), set goals for their research, and work with the instructor to research that branch on our interactive FORUM. We are quite proud of our classes and they get rave reviews! To see how to enroll and what the class format is click here.
  • Please also consider the two sets of free educational Videos at the bottom of this page from JewishGen Education and JGSLI.
