Initially unaffiliated. However, in 2015, the congregation became a constituent member of the Federation of Synagogues.(ii) (See also Yeshurun (Federation) Synagogue in Edgware.)

Ritual:

Ashkenazi Orthodox. In the Reports below relating to synagogue membership, the congregation was listed as "Strictly Orthodox"  in the 2010 report (i.e. prior to its joining the Federation of Synagogues), the denomination changing to "Central Orthodox" in the 2016 report.

Local Government Districts:

Edgware, a residential suburb in Northwest London, has a substantial Jewish minority. Most of Edgware (including the locality in which the synagogue is situated) is in the London Borough of Barnet (formed in 1965).
