Leeds Census Information from the transcriber:-  The Leeds 1911 census data has been compiled by following families from 1901 into 1911. In the course of this exercise I have found many of the names, which were previously recorded by a census taker, were different when written by families themselves in 1911. Therefore the 1901 Census has been revised and re-uploaded. If you see a second surname within square brackets it is likely to be the one found in 1911 or possibly an alternative reading due to the original handwriting. Also, in the course of this further research, I have found marriage and death information which is now shown within 'transcribers notes'. The 1911 information encompasses families who moved away from Leeds with their full details. It has not been possible to find all the families who were living in Leeds in 1901 nor will I endeavour to find new families in 1911.
