There have been no recent reports about the congregation and it is believed that it may have become defunct.

Edgware, a residential suburb in Northwest London, has a substantial Jewish minority. Most of Edgware (including the locality in which the synagogue is situated) is in the London Borough of Barnet (formed in 1965).

  • (ii) In the video of Inauguration Dinner (see below), which took place in 2013, reference is to the Centre having been in Edgware for 9 years and having previously been in Ilford the previous 9 years. The Centre was also one of the initial supporters in the Edgware Eruv in 2006 - Eruz website.
