  9 January, 1936
 
With God's help

….and Chaya lived a happy life, Tcherna Mirwis got married there, but we don't know why she came, she says that she is going back soon. I'm ending with good blessings and good wishes, your sister, sister-in-law and mother, Nechama.

Warm greetings from us to all of you. Write me about everyone. Bat-Sheva is sending her regards, she is getting ready to travel this week. Regards from the rest, they are not at home. Father is sending warm greetings, he will write another letter.

(In the margin) I don't want to wait any longer.
