Records Held by European Archives
Some Kovel records are held in archives in Kiev, Ukraine.

Marriage records: 1646-1805; fond 35.

City residents lists, marriage records: 1791-1795; fond 35.

Other records may exist at the archive in Lutsk or in Warsaw, Poland.
