Information Question
Category: Do you recognize?
Country: Germany
Town: Berlin and Bad Ems
Date of Image: Circa 1925
In the photo is Aron LEVY (elderly gent, centre, holding a beer).

Two along the FRONT row to HIS right is Louise nee BADER, his wife (dark dress, hands placed quite formally).

Two along the FRONT row to HER right is their tall, rather gangly younger grandson Eddie Levy, born 1907.

In the 1870s the LEVYs lived in Berlin in Andreasstrasse. They moved to England in the 1880s and appear in the UK censuses with their two children from the 1891 census. This mid-1920s photo would have been some kind of family and friends reunion at the "Hotel Staatl Kurhaus" - we think the one in Bad Ems.

The photo may include families LEVY, BADER, SKOTZKI and BANSEMER. Do you recognise anyone?

Many thanks.
