This is the 2nd page of a two-page manifest. Please help me read the first name of the person (a "half-brother") referred to on Line 2, Col 18 (joining a relative). Is it 'Vulf"?
The manifest was altered when Abraham KATZ, the passenger who originally travelled under the name of CHERNIKOVSKY, filed a name-change request when applying for naturalization in 1936. I'd really like to locate this half brother, but cannot find a census return showing him at the address given, so please help me decipher the handwriting.
