On  Response
8/14/2022 1:05 PM His surname was Meyer Jacob
his father's name was Moshe
8/14/2022 1:27 PM He had a double Hebrew name:

YAAKOV MEIR. The first part, Yaakov, is Hebrew for Jacob. The second part, pronounuced MAY-EER, is a Hebrew name that means "he gives light".

The family name does NOT appear in the Hebrew, but does in the English: Jacobs.

His father's name, Moshe, is Hebrew for Moses. SOME men with this Hebrew name have a secular name that sounds similar, such as Morris.

The 7th day of the month of Av of the year 5691 began at sunset on July 20th, 1921, and ended at sunset on the 21st. The secular date on the stone is the 20th, which means that he passed away between sunset and midnight of that day.

The place of birth does not appear.

If you are looking for the grave of someone whose family name was not Jacobs, then this might not be the right grave.
