Moszek Prajs is a resident of a small village within Gmina Lechanice which is a few kilometres from Warka. Warka is the town which deals with the B/M/D registrations for Gmina Lechanice.

My question concerns Akt 52. In 1876, Moszek Prajs went to Warka to register the birth of his son Dawid. Dawid appears to have been born in the small village within Gmina Lechanice in 1870.

Towards the end of the registration document, I think 'Father Prajs' (as so described in the document) explains why he is registering his son's birth some 6 years late. If my understanding is correct, I wish to know :-
(1) the name of the small village where Dawid was born; and
(2) the cyrillic wording and translation giving the reason/explanation for the late registration.

Thanks in advance.
Malka

5/5/2022 4:01 AM Hello cousin (:), my PRAJS's are from Bieliny, Kielce, Kielce prov.). I do not see reason for delayed registration, but such things are common in Polish Jewish records.

Birth 52 reg. in Warki June 7, 1876, born April 13, 1870 of Dawid PRAJS in Wrociszew, gm. Lechanice, son of Moszek, laborer, 60, and Mary nee ABRAMOWICZ, 44
