I believe this a sort of will written by my late mother in the 1940s. While I can read much of the Yiddish in the upper half, I am having trouble with the lower half. Could someone unravel the bottom third which relates to what I believe was a still birth.

Thanks

5/24/2021 8:31 AM To my dear children Miriam, Chaim-Mordechai and Amo?
I am proud that I can write to you, my dear children, in our language and ask you to continue to to learn our Torah and not only you but your children too should not get estranged from your parents.
I hope that with whomever you connect in life [get married to] will be good people and good Jews!
You should take care and take interest of one another: one for all, and all for one! - even after you leave your parents' home.
Take care of Papa and remember that he always wants only your good.
The post savings should be divided evenly.
You, dear Yeshaya, I ask to take care of the children and especially of our only daughter.
I demand that you remind our children (when the time comes) that there is no one named after their unknown grandmother, her name was Gitta Rache.
My ring save for Miriam -n- make 3 pins out of the watch for yourself for the ties.
Don't forget to support my brother Leib's family as much as possible if they need it.
Be well. Yours,
Tziviya
