3/31/2021 4:44 PM Here lies
Our dear father
Mordechai Aharon
son of Yehuda the Levite
died 25 Cheshvan 5675
May his soul be bound up in the bond of everlasting life (acronym)

Note 1. Yehuda is my best guess.
Note 2. If the secular date, Nov 2, 1915 is correct, then the Hebrew year should be 5676

3/31/2021 5:50 PM I agree with the first helper, that the father's name is impossible to read with any certainty. Yehuda is definitely one option, although if that is the name, it is spelled in a less common manner (although I have seen that spelling before). If you know his father's secular name, this might be helpful, although unfortunately not necessarily so.

I also agree that the Hebrew year should be 5676.
4/1/2021 10:08 AM Good Morning,The others are correct.

Enlarged on IRFANVIEW, the name of the father is definitely Yehuda, and this is a common spelling in many religious circles to to avoid the use of the letter 'hay' ,which is used to mean the name of G-d.
