The city was home to the Nesanelis family. I think (hope!) that the head of this family was the son of Moses Nesanelis.

2/18/2021 2:43 AM It looks like this might the son of your Moses - Moshko, who had died at least 13 years prior, as the 2nd youngest was named after him.

Columns:
7,8,9 - location of where one was born, registered, and normally resides. All are marked with "Here".
10 - marked if one is absent during the census (all are present)
11 - faith - Judaism
12 - native language - Yiddish
13 - literacy. 1, 3, 6 - "yes", 2 - "yes in Yiddish", rest - "no"
14 - education. 1, 2, 3 , 6 - "at home"
15 - profession - 1 - "cantor at the jewish school", 5 - something about "factory of colored works"?, the rest are listed as dependents
