Please help me read this letter, as well as the signatures,in Hebrew. This letter was sent from Zefat to Europe in 1888, to raise funds, I believe for the Zefat community. One of the signatures of this letter is by my g-g-grandfather, who moved to Zefat from Romania. It would mean a great deal to me and my family, to be able to read the entire contents of this letter in Hebrew. I greatly appreciate your help. Thank you

The body of the letter will be full of flowery language. Will try to get to it.
