I believe this is a record of my grandfather's birth. His name was Wilhelm Schimmel and he was born in 1890 in Raduati. I am hoping someone can help me with translating the first row -- Row 151, columns 1-12. Thank you!

2) The Birth: 8-November-1890, at Radany? house 916
3) The Bris: 15-November-1890, at Radany? house 916
4&5) The Child: Wilhelm, Male, legitimate "ehelich". (There are some notes here that are not in German?, some written later)
6) The Father: Isak Schimnil?, kaufmann (Merchant), residing at Radany
7) The Mother: Fanni Luttinger, daughter of Salomon & Lifsch? Luttinger from Gernoech?
8-10) participants in the bris & birth: Isak Kurstadt, rabbi of Radany, Hermann Luttinger from Gernoech?(Sandek), Israel Wolf, Slaughterer from Rudany (the mohel), ? ? (the midwife)
11) Stillborn child: left blank
12) Notes ???
1/8/2021 4:41 AM Additions / corrections of the above answer:
1. The location is Radautz, Radauti in Romanien.
2. Mother parents are from Czernowitz.
3. Parents married in Czernowitz 1887.
4. Romanien note (not sure): immigrated to Israel 14-Oct-1958.
1/8/2021 7:21 AM The note in the blue ink is: A birth certificate serial number 599195 was issued in March 5, 1955.
The second note: "He left for Israel in Oct. 14, 1958. Renounced the R.P.R citizenship" R.P.R stands for Romanian People's Republic.
