This is the death record of Chaim (Dawid Lejb) BLUTUCH recorded in Lublin in 1897. This information was added to the side of the record at a later date and I am interested in finding out what it might tell me.
I see his date of death is listed, his wife's name and the year 1911.
I apologize for the small print. I tried to enlarge it but lost the clarity.
Thank you for your help.

1/3/2021 5:44 PM No additional information
You know all the facts
They added a couple of words to the record after it was originally written, but nothing that you don't know
1/5/2021 4:41 PM It is a correction record. It tells about two corrections:
1. Change name from Chaim to Dawid Leyb
2. Add widow's second name Beyla
The only additional info is the date and number of the court order that justified the correctons.
