death certificate -
1) date of death,
2) details of deceased and his family if mentioned (names, ages,
profession, residence etc)

surviving children: Icek, Lejbus, Aron here, Abram in Kalwarya, Chawe in Piaski
1/12/2021 7:08 AM It came to pass on the nineteenth day of February in the year of eighteen forty-one, at the hour of three in the afternoon, in Lublin, the capital of the governorate. Appeared personally observant Jews Icek Uhr, a baker, the owner of the house mentioned below, fifty-six years of age, and Icek Miller, a supervisor over a hundred men, fifty-six years of age, both residing here in Lublin, and jointly stated that Ruchla Uhr, a widow born in the City of Lublin and residing in the City of Lublin beside her son, seventy-five years of age, the daughter of {illegible} and Gitla, neither of them alive anymore, had deceased the day before, at the hour of four in the afternoon, in a house at number 849, leaving behind her her four sons, Icek, Lejbus, Aron, in Lublin, and Abram in Kalwaria, and one daughter, Chawa, residing in Piaski. It was visually ascertained that Ruchla Uhr had deceased. This act was read aloud to the appearers, of whom the first was the son of the decedent, and subsequently signed by the same.
