Photo is of a pillar that is a component of The Belz Bessarabian Sick Beneficial Association memorial at Har Nebo Cemetery, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The pillar is on the left side of a limestone fence. An engraved limestone arch is also part of the memorial.
I don't know if the writing here is Hebrew or Yiddish.
A full translation or transcription is not necessary if this is a list of names of the contributors to the memorial.
Please let me know about any mention of: Schwartz, Charney, Friedman, or Aidelstein/Edelstein, though.
Photo taken 23 September 2020; higher resolution originals are available if needed.
Thank you.

10/1/2020 12:03 AM No mention of Schwartz, Charney, Friedman, or Aidelstein/Edelstein.
10/1/2020 7:12 AM I was not clear. Please translate or at least describe these engravings and advise whether it is written in Hebrew or Yiddish. If this is only a list of donors, then I do not need a transcription of all of the names.
10/5/2020 6:56 AM It's a little hard to make out the engraving, but it seems to be only names listed. As such the writing is mostly Hebrew but you could say that some of the names are technically Yiddish, but as far as translating this would be irrelevant.
I don't think any of the names you list are mentioned.
10/7/2020 2:56 PM Yiddish is written in Hebrew letters.
There are only names on the pillar, no explanation of what the list is about.
The names are at times of a male and female. The word "and" is in Yiddish.
