This is the first part of a message found on the back of an official Romanian document. It is in Yiddish, but written with English letters.
Can someone help me translate this?

9/20/2020 8:46 PM Yiddish written with English letters, is Dutch or German.
9/22/2020 7:12 AM I disagree . Although there may be a German influence , the language is Yiddish : Gleyb mir , es hot zikh mir oysgeshtelt a gantze hulye (?) fun dir. Vos iz gevorn ? Es hot zikh oysgevizn az eyner hot geshribn (?) a gants geshikhte fun dir . A "lebens roman" ? Neyn. etc. This is more or less what it says at the beginning : "Believe me , there was a whole to do about you . What happened ? It seems that someone wrote a whole history about you . A biography (?) ( Have to look lebens roman literally a novel of life - a German term for a type of novel .) No! etc.. "There is stuff about the subject of the letter not being free because of the father . I can not make out too much of what's at the bottom. I'll let someone else take over .
