I believe the document on the right hand side Akt 21 is the marriage record for Aron Tetelbaum, my grandfathers uncle. Could someone please translate the Russian cyrillic with either a full translation or vital details such as groom and bride names and parents names and dates and towns of birth and any other relevant details.

(above the text is written "the eighty ninth". don't know what is it about)
groom Aron TETELBAUM (TEJTELBAUM as well), single, 22 yo, son of Shmul-Barukh and Idesa, nee NYSMAN, the TETELBAUM family, residing in Kalushin with the parents.
bride Matlya SHITSMAN, unmarried, 18 yo, d/o the late Abram-Matys and (alive) Khana-Leya, nee VISNYA, the SHITSMAN family, resides in Kalushin with the mother
