7/16/2020 7:24 AM Hello
Year 1894, 30th of january, 9 AM, birth record of Henri Starikoff, Male, son of Joseph Michel Starikoff, aged 43, tailor, and Rose Papoche, aged 23, laundrywoman, maried and living Clignancourt street 103 in Paris, registred by us, Gabriel Patureau, Civil registrar, according to the presentation of the child and the father’s declaration, in the presence of Eugène Simon, aged 73, stateless, 75 Championnet street, and Henri Binet, aged 30, employee, 16 Roses street who signed with the father with us, after reading.
7/16/2020 7:36 AM The year 1894, on January 3rd, at 9 in the morning, declaration of the birth of Henri Starikoff, gender masculine, born yesterday morning at 8 oclock at his parents'home, son of Joseph Michel Starikoff, aged 43, tailor, and Rose Papoche, aged 23, launderess, maried, living on Rue Clignancourt, n° 103. This declaration noted by us, Gabriel Patiereau, officer of the registrar, on presentation of the child by the father himself, and Eugène Simon, aged 73, unemployed, living 75 Championnet Street and Henri Binet, clerk (or office worker), aged 30, living 16, rue des roses, witnesses who signed together with the father. Follow the 3 signatures, notice the father spells his name with an added C, not used by the registrar officer. I checked :there still are a rue Clignancourt, Championnet and rue des Roses, all situated in the 18TH "arrondissement" (or district) of Paris.
The translation is verbatim. Do not hesitate if you have questions but although I am a French native, I am not very knowledgeable as for research. Well you never know
Hope this helps!
