I believe this is the birth record of Friedrich Dunckel Flor the son of Christian Friedrich Dunckel Flor and Emma Lazarus. I believe the upper left has important information about the Dunckel Flor family. A translation would be much appreciated.

1.the travelling merchant Friedrich Dunckel called Flor a known person, of evangelic religion, born on 17 October 1867 in Hamburg, residing in Altona, Funkstrasse 15 ½, son of the couple of merchants Christian Friedrich Dunckel, called Flor and Emma , born Lazarus residing in Altona,
2. the seemstress Elisabeth Nicolina Dorthea Schwab, known by her act of birth, of evangelic religion, born on March 22, 1871 in Altona, residing in Altona, Dannerstrasse 40, daughter oft he master-tailor Nicolaus Schwab, deceased in Osdorf and his widow Dorothea Wilhelmina, born Ohlsen, residing in Altona
