6/29/2020 11:51 PM I think that it is not a military uniform. I also do not think that it is a uniform of one of the civil cervices. I also do not think that it is a uniform of one of the many technical schools that had their students wear a uniform that somewhat resembled a military one. The clothes may be his own or borrowed. I think it is just a nice dressy suit meant for special occasions that was tailored in a slightly uniformy fashion. Was not uncommon, still see such civilian clothes sometimes in our time. I think I may have had similar clothes when I was a kid. Of course I cannot say that this cannot be a uniform of some private service or organisation, what we call livery. For example, doormen and waiters and butlers and such may wear such uniforms.
