6/11/2020 4:07 PM It occurred in the city of Lodz on the day of 28th March 1924 at 2 in the afternoon. Appeared as witnesses: Szmerek Borowski or Borowiecki, tailor, and Kalman Herszkowicz, salesperson, both of age and living in Lodz, and they stated that in Lodz on the 11th of January of this year, at 10 in the evening occurred the religious marriage ceremony:

Mendel Obarzanek, bachelor, weaver, 29 years old, born in Pabianice, living in Lodz, of Jewish faith, registered as a resident of Pabianice, son of the married couple Henoch Obarznek and Gitla nee Sieradzka, and the spinster Ruchla Rozenbaum, aged 25, born in Bogoria, living in Lodz, of Jewish faith, registered as a resident of the village of Bogoria, Sandomierz district, daughter of the married couple Bajnuś Rozenbaum and Dwojra nee Kuperberg.

The wedding was preceded by three banns in the local synagogue on the 17th and 24th November and the 1st December of the previous year. The religious wedding was given by member of the local rabbinate Izrael Frydel. The newlyweds had not signed a pre-nuptial agreement.
6/13/2020 6:29 AM It came to pass on the twenty-eighth day of March in the year of nineteen twenty-four, at the hour of two in the afternoon, in the Town of Lodz. Appeared personally witnesses Szmerek Borowski aka Borowiecki, a tailor, and Kalman Herszkowicz, a trade employee, both of them being of full age and residing in Lodz, and jointly stated before us that on the eleventh day of January of the current year, at the hour of ten, in Lodz, the religious matrimony was contracted between Mendel Obarzanek, a bachelor, a weaver, twenty-nine years of age, born in Pabianice, residing in Lodz, of the Mosaic confession, permanent resident of the Town of Pabianice, the son of the Obarzaneks, namely a married couple Henoch and Gitla nee Sieradzki, and the maiden Ruchla Rozenbaum, twenty-five years of age, Born in Bogoria, residing in Lodz, of the Mosaic confession, permanent resident of the Settlement of Bogoria within Sandomierz County, the daughter of the Rozenbaums, namely of the married couple Bajnus and Dwojra nee Kuperberg. The said matrimony had been preceded by the triple banns {proclaimed} in a local Synagogue on the seventeenth and the twenty-fourth day of November as well as on the first day of December, of the previous year. The religious marriage ceremony was performed by Izrael Frydel, a member of the local rabbinate. The newlyweds had not made any premarital agreement. Read, accepted and signed.
