This is the reverse side of a photo postcard, from a woman with the surname of Nissenson, given name possibly Helen or Anna, written from New York. This Nissenson family came from Warsaw and lived there during the time that Warsaw was part of the Russian Empire. The family spoke and wrote Yiddish, and probably Polish, but I believe that the card's written in Russian.

On  Response
5/14/2020 12:44 AM For good Sara for good memory about Matilda
July 22 1915 New-York
5/14/2020 8:37 AM The first word is the last name!
The dedication reads: To Sara Khoroshaya... etc.

Boris Feldblyum
5/15/2020 5:40 AM The Russian original: "Хорошей Саре на добрую память от Матильды. (22 Июля 1915, Нью-Йорк)"
Written in old style Russian.
The exact meaning is:
"To the good Sarah for a good memories from Matilda. July 22, 1915, New York"
Possible will be more correct in English
"To the good Sarah for a good keepsake from Matilda". July 22, 1915, New York"
5/15/2020 5:55 AM I liked Boris Feldblyum comment that Good Sarah might be Family Name + Private name, so it definitely maybe "To Khoroshaya Sarah..."
