This is the second of two marriage records for Uszer (Asher) Lopata and I'm looking for any additional info in the translation (ages, name of parents etc) to establish if it is the same Uszer Lopata and, if so, whether his first wife died and he then married her sister.

This is the second record, akt 21 which is for a marriage recorded in 1872 in Warsaw between:

Uszer Lopata and Mindla Rozenberg

--------

The first marriage was on 18th May 1855 in Warsaw between:

Uszer Lopata (27 years old), son of Hersz (his patronymic is Dawid) and Chai
to
Sura Rozem(n)berg (21 years old) daughter of Aron and Frajda Ryfka (her patronymic is Zelig)
------

The first marriage record (in Polish) is viewable at https://www.jewishgen.org/viewmate/viewmateview.asp?key=VM80793
