I am looking for a full translation of this birth record. This is likely the sister of my third great grandfather. Thank you in advance! (UPDATE: it turns out to be his cousin, not sister)

On this the twenty-eighth day of the month of December in the year of eighteen forty, at the hour of quarter to three, before me, Filip Elgens, Deputy Civil Registrar in the Free City of Cracow, established for the observant Jews, maintaining {illegible} at number 171 within the Second Commune, personally appeared observant Jew Symche Hertzog, brother-in-law of the child’s father, thirty-one years of age, residing in the Sixth Commune at number 20, and presented to us a child of the female sex, born on the eighth day of December of the current year, at the hour of ten in the morning, in the house of the residence of her parents, declaring that she had been born from observant Jews Moyzesz Kalman, a merchant, thirty-eight years of age, and Faigla nee Hertzog, thirty-four years of age, the married couple residing in the Sixth Commune at number 103 & 104. To this child, in accordance with the wish of her parents, the name is given Rachel. After the above statement was made, in the presence of the observant Jews Samuel Spiegel and Izrael {illegible}, both of them being witnesses and cooks of legal age residing in the Jewish Town, the present certificate was read aloud and signed by myself, the declarant and the witnesses.
