Cert. No. 521
Marriage of Isidor Tausinger and Sophie Friedemann
P.1

I would appreciate any names, dates and locations given. A Yad Vashem memorial lists a Sophie Tausinger (born Zielinski). I believe this is the same Sophie Friedemann who is listed as Erich Esriel Friedemann's mother in View Mate ID 78257, Cert. No.886.

If true, this is the second marriage for Sophie who first married Max Samuel Friedemann. Is there any mention in this record of Sophie's first marriage to Max Friedeman or if she was born Sophie Zielinski?

Would also like any information given about second husband Isidor Tausinger. Other than this document, have been unable to find any records about him at all.

Many thanks,
Karen Gregar Schneider

2/9/2020 4:30 PM This is just a 'heads up' to other helpers that I am working on this document(and hope to translate page 2, also). Feel free to check back later with additions/corrections.

It is a bit difficult to read the writing here, but I will do my best.
2/9/2020 5:06 PM Here is my best effort. I apologize for not being able to make out one street name, Bernhard's profession, and how the bride was identified to the Registrar.

========================================

The stamp at the top right indicates that, on February 3rd, 1939, the wife of this marriage took on the additional first name of Sara, as per the [Nazi] law of August 17th, 1938.

The stamp below this, dated June 26th, 1953, reverses the above.

2/10/2020 11:31 PM Thank you to the helper who read the profession, engraver, which I could not make out.

I'd like to correct an error. I wrote that the groom, Isidor Tausinger, was born in 1886. The year was actually 1868.
