12/12/2019 7:05 AM The profession is probably "kramnik blawatny".

This literally means "peddler selling textiles from the
chest" (because "kramka" means "chest", "kramnik" means "peddler selling from the chest" etc.).

"Towary blawatne" = textiles.

The closest English equivalent of "kramnik blawatny" would probably be mercer.
