In accordance with the decision of the Tarnopol Voivodship Office of Oct. 15, 1938, No...59 and the directive of the starostwo of the powiat of Skalat, Oct. 20, 1938, No. 16 it is decided as follows: The word "Weitman recte" in this form is deleted. The city court of Podwoloczyska in a legally binding decision of Jul. 3, 1937...251/37 decided that the Israel Weitman who in Ustrzyki Dolne entered the matrimony with the mother of this child(see 1891 vol. I, page 19, item 14) is the father of that child. As such the child has been legitimized.
