This is the marriage document for Gustav Mayer, resident of Frankfurt, businessman, and Emma Gumprich. Particularly interested in all information about parents of the groom, and his birthplace.

11/10/2019 4:55 PM I'm taking a stab at this, but others may do better.

It looks like Gustav Mayer KAUFMAN was the son of Abraham Mayer KAUFMAN, from Worms, and Esther? MAYER.

Emma Ester GUMPRICH, was the daughter of ??? Nathan GUMPRICH and Sara SELIGMANN.

Let's see what others say!

Best,
Madeleine Isenberg

==============

The document was dated in Trier, June 9th, 1887.

The groom was the merchant Gustav Meyer, Jewish, born May 5th, 1856, in Boekingen, residing in Frankfurt am Main, son of the merchant Abraham Meyer of Worms and his wife Ester [?] nee Mayer, most recently residing in Frankfurt.

The bride was Emma Ester [?] Gumprich, Jewish, born August 3rd, 1865, in Trier, without occupation, residing in Trier, daughter of the married couple Nathan Gumprich, merchant, and Sara Seligmann, residing in Trier.

(There should be a page 2 to this document, listing the witnesses, and showing everyone’s signature.)

The notes in the margin are in reference to the mandatory rule of the Nazis, requiring women to take on the additional name of Sara. The first note is from when Emma took on the name; the second note, from after the war, is the revocation of the additional name. (There is no similar note for the husband, who would have had to take on the name Israel; perhaps he had died before this rule went into effect.)
11/10/2019 10:27 PM Mayer might be better.
11/11/2019 7:07 AM GUSTAV was 56, born in Bo(O umlaut)kingen, parents were Abraham Mayer, merchant from Worms and Ester, whose maiden name was also Mayer,both living in Frankfurt.
I think the piece immediately after the bridegroom's name says that he is a well-known enough merchant not to need the usual witnesses.
