But I'm putting the complete translation here:

"The 10th of January, Telz

Greetings to my dear son Leibe with his wife, Lea and your children. We send our greetings and we are thanking God that rightfully shall the Almighty give that you hear good tidings. My dear child, we have received your letter and also the ten roubles you sent. We thank you a thousand times for your not forgetting us. God should send you whatever you wish for. We are already old and old people cannot earn anymore. We are trying to get by. I ask you my dear child, when you will send me a letter next, you need to write for whom you are sending it.
We have rejoiced greatly when receiving the ten roubles, You wrote to David Roshtopshke but you didn't write for whom it should be given.

(page 2) Therefor I ask you when you send a letter you should include to whom it should be given. You wrote further that you will send a letter to Isaac, we have asked you each time to do it, send him the card as soon as possible.
Concerning us, may you be blessed, you should not worry at all, we do not fear, people are not gonna sell our house and about Feive you should have no fear, it's not as tense in Russia as people say in America. Elsa asked us when you are sending us a letter, you should send a boatcard already.
I answer to my dear brother that I want to pay for the card already. I exert myself here in Telz like a donkey. I get up at 4 every morning and trim until midnight. I work still by Avraham Aitzen at the beer brewery and what do I earn ?
(page 3) 3 roubles a week. When I shall arrive in America then I hope that I will be able of course to do good by father and mother. My dear child, we ask you already that you should absolutely not hesitate about sending a letter. You should send straightaway a boat card.
And my dear brother, I ask you a thousand times, for sure, do not hesitate. No more noews to write you.
I send you my most hearty greetings and to your dear children. And we thank you once more for the ten roubles, you can not imagine how great was our joy.

Your brother Feive with his wife and children.
Greetings to Tzippa and to her children.
I also send my most hearty greetings to aunt Yenta and her children.

(page 4) And I send my most hearty greetings to you, my dear brother and my dear sister in law, Lea, and to your children.
From me, your brother who wishes you much happiness with your wife and children,
standing up (?) for Isak Krim.

And what else shall I write you dear brother, our father is a very strong fellow he works till he leaves for shul, he has the time to dig (?) 6 times and our mother is a living legend.
What shall I write you about so much that you can not well imagine yourself ?
I greet and kiss you. Please answer already.
