10/7/2019 4:51 AM Record is in russian, as are all records of Poland from 1868 to 1915 (otherwise are in polish)
10/9/2019 12:36 PM Hello Terry. The resolution of the image is pretty low and it's hard to read. If you were to post a higher resolution image, it will be possible to verify that the translation is accurate. The name of the city is not legible as well, so if you know the actual name, reference that instead.

Recorded in the city of Lomer Apr 18/30 1897 at 11 AM. Synagogue employees and residents of Lomer, Avram David Sheynkop [not clear], 45 yo, and Malkiel Ruzha [both names are not clear], 56 yo, and statated that there was a body found yesterday of a man who drowned in river Narev on Oct 17/29 1896. The body was of Moshka-Aron Verusbovich [not clear], shoemaker, 44 yo, son of Kushel-Chaim and Sora Verusbovich. He is survived by Chaya-Leya bat Aron, nee Bukovich [not clear], resident of city of Lomer
