I believe this is my great grandfather, grandmother and sons passenger listing when they arrived in New York. Different names and city listed than the Hamburg departure list is this a German English language difference?
Thanks in advance for your help

9/22/2019 6:13 PM If you are referring to your other posting, in image 75220, the names are all the same, with very slight variations:

Pelz/Palz
Nochem/Nachem
Beile/Bele
Lob/Lob

Litechl/Litsche

This can be due to the particular clerk's handwriting, not hearing something correctly, town names being known by slightly different names in different places.

The ages of the 3 people match precisely.
