On  Response
9/18/2019 10:19 PM DKnL, 12 May 1878
[prob. witnesses] Rudolf Müller, merchant from DKnL; Julius Bauer, (something) in [same town]
[column to the left of witnesses: not sure of its function; in any case, this page has date and place of wedding as likely the only personal details related to the married couple themselves]
9/22/2019 7:38 AM In column on left. Sterbenotiz: Notice of death in Konigsdorf (umlaut on )
Febr 23rd. in column right:
Erin Weil und Noiu mit delegation des Stelbein (Kindlein? = baby)
Wiesmalend
Nauthis (possibly a medical report?)
In column on far right
Mantelfabrik:coat factory (a bit of a guess)
Kaufmann in Konigsdorf: Merchant in Konigsdorf
Geburt beim Fabrikant in Konigsdorf
Birth at the manufacturer['s house] in Konigdorf.

In centre:12 May 1878.
Maybe an postnatal death of the child or the wife of the merchant. I think, looking at the list of dates, possibly first one, then the other.
