This I believe to be a petition letter by my late maternal Grandmother Esther Heringman (nee Stein) to the appropriate authorities (translation required) in Brzesc Kujaswki to reconstitute her parent's marriage certificate and her birth certificate. I understand that these records were apparently taken from Brzesc-Kujawski to Berlin following the Nazi invasion of Germany. I kindly ask for a translation of every word on this page. Many thanks in advance. Dave Lichtenstein
