The Hungarian word is metszo (without the proper vowel markings). The translation is cutter, pruner, or circumcizer.

I know that is a wide range of possibilities, so you would probably need to know a little bit more about the gentleman. If he was from a religious family or community, it would be likely that he would have been a ritual circumcizer or mohel.

9/12/2019 9:15 AM Metsző = mohel (circumcizer). The literal translation is cutter, pruner, but I'd only contemplate those possibilities if it were attached to a non-Jewish person.
9/12/2019 10:40 PM metsző is a Shochet, a Sachter or a ritual slaughterer of animals and NOT a mohel!! The word for the mohel is 'körülmetélő".
