I think this may be the death certificate for my great great great grandfather. The name, date, place seem correct.

I would like an English translation of all the genealogically significant information that could confirm that I have the correct person.

This would include names ( parents, spouse, etc.), ages, locations (birth & current), occupations.

8/26/2019 10:03 PM This happened in the city of Szydłowiec on 22 March 1841 at 9 a.m., before us, mayor of the city of Szydłowiec, performing the duties of the civil registrar. Jew Abram Szoldyner?, age 61, and Zelik Zaletreygier?, age 40, synagogue sextons residing here, and stated that yesterday at 5 a.m. Symcha Wierzbicki died, residing here, age 53, son of Wolf and Hycla? Wierzbicki. After visual confirmation of the death of Jew Szymcha Wierzbicki, this document was read aloud by the town sextons and signed by Abram Szoldyner?, Zelik Zaletreygier? cannot write. 5/20/2020 7:55 AM 12. It came to pass on the twenty-second day of March in the year of eighteen forty-one, at the hour of nine in the morning, in the Town of Szydlowiec. Before me, Civil Registrar and the Mayor of the Town of Szydlowiec, personally appeared observant Jew Abram Szoldyner, sixty-one years of age, and Zelik Zalctrygier, forty years of age, both shammeses residing here, and jointly stated that Symcha Wierzbicki, residing here, fifty-three years of age, the son of the Wierzbickis, namely Wolf and Hycla, had deceased the day before, at the hour of five in the morning. I, the undersigned, visually ascertained that the observant Jew Symcha Wierzbicki had deceased. The present certificate was read aloud to the appearers, who were the local shammeses, and subsequently signed by Abram Szoldyner. Zelik Zalctrygier could not write.
