I believe this to be a son born to my great grandparents Hersh/Harry and Feige/Fannie [nee Hauser] STEINHAUER/STEIN in Warsaw[?]. The spelling of their surname has many variations. I think it is likely to be a son named Wulf/Wolf. I would appreciate as full a translation as possible, please, with regard to Parents' names, Child's names and particularly Place and Date of Birth. I understand the language used in the document is Russian and would ask for this to be translated into English, please. Thank you for your help
