I asked in English the PSA in Przemysl, Poland, if they keep som specific Vital records from nearby Sanok. And got an answer in Polish. And now I need help with the translation.

5/11/2019 6:20 AM In response to your letter National Archives in Przemyśl informs that in set nr 154 "Israelite* religious communities-collection of remains of sets", in part relating to Sanok birth indexes from 1860-1939, indexes od deceased 1914-1939 and marriage index 1916-1939 also remains of marriage registers from 1906, 1912,1939 are stored.
Book of births from 1864-1914 and marriages 1890-1906 are stored in National Archives of Rzeszów Sanok branch (Sadowa street 32, 38-500 Sanok) in set "Israelite Marital Status Office in Sanok".
You can use the resources of National Archives in Przemyśl also in (its) reading room during working hours after previous filling user notification card and files request (**). Requests are delivered on 9 am, 11 am and 1 pm (requests can be submitted before above mentioned times). Reading room is open from Monday till Friday from 8 am to 3 pm (on thursdays also until 5:30 pm). Requests submitted after 1 pm are delivered on the next day.
You can also use part of resources of this archives via website and on State Archives in Przemyśl website in subsection Skany on-line, where scans of selected materials are placed.

*Israelite used as synonym ion jewish
** another name of the blank for requesting materials was written here however I don't know how to translate it to English, in polish its rewers which in general means other site of something but in libraries and archives its blanket filled to red books or files
